Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know that Strategic Investor Relations is the right consulting agency for me?

Initiating any business relationship can be a challenging process. At Strategic Investor Relations, we understand this, and make the onboarding process a seamless one. We typically cater to growing public companies or private companies with a view towards a public listing in 2 years. We are industry-agnostic and work best with management teams that appreciate candid feedback and assessments.

Our name is “Strategic Investor Relations,” because that is how we operate. Our retainer model promotes efficiency in costs to the client, rarely associated with the traditional investor relations agency. You will only pay for the services you need – and will NEVER pay for the services you do not need.

How do you customize your services for niche companies?

We often hear the sayings, “We are one-of-a kind” or “There’s no company that does what we do,” and many times, this is true. However, to make the case to the investment community, it is our job to identify the ‘ideal investor,’ like an investor avatar of sorts, that would be interested in your company, based on your company’s business model, customers, services and fundamentals. There is not an exact science to this and thus far has not been successfully implemented via artificial intelligence. Having the team at Strategic Investor Relations at your disposal, we can formulate a strategy that will find the right audience for your company.

My company is struggling in a changing marketplace. Can you help us stay relevant?

For any business, staying relevant requires a continued information flow that reaches your key stakeholders, including your employees, customers, vendors, community, and investors. Keep the conversation going, identify your future plans and hold yourself accountable to your plans. Let Strategic Investor Relations help you craft the right message and rebuild your following.
